Lübsches Trio is a young aspiring ensemble which already build up a remarkable reputation in northern Germany. Founded by the pianist Jakob Linowitzki and the brothers Jonathan and Lukas Schwarz in 2012, Lübsches Trio developed an extensive and varied repertoire. In 2013 they won the first prize at the national competition Jugend musiziert in the category piano chamber music.
Since then they were invited frequently for concerts, like Brussel, Hamburg, Kiel, Lübeck, Neuhardenberg or Wotersen. In the summer of 2014 the musicians followed aninvitation of the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival where they gave a highly acclaimed concert. A renewed engagement the following year marked their debut in the main program, in which the trio also performed with the star violinist Daniel Hope as a piano quartet.
The piano trio is taught by Inge-Susann Römhild. They also received further inspiration from Heime Müller, Konrad Elser, Troels Svane, Shmuel Ashkenasi and Anthony Spiri. Their musical engagement was rewarded by a grant from the Marie-Luise Imbusch Stiftung and the inclusion in the program Yehudi Menuhin, Live Music Now.
Jonathan Schwarz is currently studying with Prof. Nora Chastain at the music conservatory Berlin (Universität der Künste), Jakob Linowitzki with Prof. Konrad Elser at the music conservatory Lübeck and Lukas Schwarz with Prof. Peter Bruns at the music conservatory Leipzig (Musikhochschule Mendelssohn-Bartholdy).
